We strongly believe that outsourcing your social should allow big brands to act small again, which is why our strategies focus on creating genuine connections with your customers.  There’ll be no software shortcuts either, as we know that a great deal of care and attention are required to see real results.

Quality over quantity.

While lots of likes and high follower counts on your pages can be powerful tools, they’re not the only thing that matters when it comes to succeeding on social.

Your monthly reports will of course cover these numerical stats, but they’ll also highlight any key interactions and engagements that occurred. After all, an un-engaged follower is about as useful as an umbrella in a hurricane.

By focusing on the metrics that matter, we can better measure progress, monitor trends and adapt our strategy accordingly.

Clear Communication.

We’re always a phone call, email or DM away and more than happy to chat. The smooth onboarding of our clients is a prioirty to us and something we pride ourselves on.

We understand it can be daunting if you do choose to completely hand over the reigns to your social accounts, but we promise they’ll be in safe hands. Each month you will receive a content calendar for sign off so you’ll always know what’s scheduled across your social accounts, and when.

Resounding Social is run by Mollie Hyde, a digital marketing professional with extensive experience in Social Media Management. 

Throughout her years working for a leading digital marketing agency, she set up multiple accounts, grew their audiences, and retained clients thanks to impressive campaign results and innovative strategies.

Her goal now, is to help as many small businesses as possible, by providing honest social support and advice to see them succeed online.

When Mollie’s not on social media, you’ll still find her being ‘social’ with friends, either by the sea or at the bar – preferably both!
